El sem hiszem, hogy már holnap szerda lesz, nagyon várom a délutánt, mert a hét hátralévő részében szabadnapos leszek, és végre pihenhetek. De az edzés nem maradhat el, úgyhogy mutatom mi lesz holnap:
3 kilométer futás... helyett egy HIIT, még nem tudom melyik, lehet, hogy a HIITy Bitty Bikini, mert már rég csináltam, aztán egy képes, és akinek még van kapacitás és ereje, annak egy Sellő:
My Dear Readers!
There was 7 o’clock when I started to write this post, and for that time, I’ve finished my workouts. It’s incredibel. You can see on the photo, how I felt when I had to start the videos, and thought I had to do the missed workouts too. Then after a lot of „crying” I started, and I’m done with everything. If I think about it, these daily workouts give me more energy. It’ll be so good, if I have time in the morning to do that and I can go to work fresh. But I don’t have time then, so stick with the evening excercises. Now at Fall, we don’t have a lot to do at the national park, so I got free time to search and think about 1-2 things. On Sunday my friend told me something, and i was thinking about is. She suffers me L-Carnitine before trainings, because with it fat can burn faster and muscle will be nicer. I won’t take protein shakes or things like that, but this L-Carnitin will be good. The other thing is, that I found out, next to TIU workouts, I’ll buy a Péntek Enikő DVD, and I’ll do that too (If I have enough strenght) I’m 90% sure about it.
Breakfast: Granola
Lunch: Baked fish with a slice of bread
Snack: Chocolate, banana
Dinner: Banana
I can’t believe, that tomorrow will be Wednesday, I’m waiting for it, beacuse after that I’ll be free for the weekend and I can rest. But I can’t miss the workouts, so here’s (ABOVE) what we have to do tomorrow.
